Returns must be requested within 30 days and your shades must be in their original condition, including the case and microfiber cloth. No refunds on items marked final sale.
We'll verify you returned everything and it's unused before processing a refund. The refund will be credited within 5-10 business days from when we receive the package. The reason it takes this long is because once you receive refund confirmation from us, your bank needs to process the refund on their end.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
